Human role dominant in global warming

The human influence has been more and more evident due to two reasons. The first is better observation and the second is better understanding of the physical changes in the climate system, such as the uptake of heat in the ocean, the melting of Greenland and Antarctic, and the rising temperature in the atmosphere. Since 1850, the concentration greenhouse gases, most importantly carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, has increased due to emissions from the combustion of fossil fuels, land use, and cement production.
