"Electro-L" Satellite No2 successfully launched

Russian geostationary meteorological satellite "Electro-L" No2 was successfully launched from Baikonur Cosmodrome, Kazakhstan on 11th December, 2015. Then it was put into its geostationary orbit with the stand point 77,8°E. "Electro-L" No2 was created in order of Roshydromet. Head of Roshydromet Alexander Frolov took part in the work of the State Commission for "Electro-L" No2 launch.
