Just a couple of days before the start of the FIFA Women's Football World Cup Germany 2011TM – As always with outdoor events, the weather can have a major impact on the upcoming tournament.
This is why, as agreed by contract, the Deutscher Wetterdienst (DWD) provides the FIFA and DFB organisation committee from now on with special forecasts and warnings about any adverse weather development that might affect the nine World Cup stadiums in Germany.
