The Météo-France Ecole National de la Météorologie hosted the second session of Climatology, Foundation for Climate Services from 18 to 29 March, a course aimed at progressing National Meteorological and Hydrological Services (NHMSs) toward the implementation of the Global Framework for Climate Services.
