Proyectos

La Organización Meteorológica Mundial (OMM) dirige y supervisa la ejecución de los proyectos financiados mediante contribuciones extrapresupuestarias procedentes de numerosos donantes de todo el mundo.

El objetivo de estos proyectos es potenciar las capacidades de los Miembros para prestar servicios meteorológicos, climáticos e hidrológicos a sus comunidades, con miras a proteger vidas y bienes frente a los peligros naturales y reforzar el desarrollo socioeconómico. Los proyectos se llevan a cabo en colaboración con los Miembros, tanto a nivel nacional como regional, y se han concebido para atender sus necesidades y desafíos específicos.
