WIGOS Webinar #34: "Implementation of updated WMO-No. 1224 regarding GBON tickets management"

The upcoming WIGOS webinar which is dedicated to providing additional guidance and clarification on how to implement guidance described in the Technical Guidelines for Regional WIGOS Centres (RWC) on WIGOS Data Quality Monitoring System (WDQMS), WMO-No. 1224, regarding management of Global Basic Observing Network (GBON) incident tickets. 

 The target audience is mainly the RWCs staff and managers, the National Focal Points (NFP) on WDQMS and other relevant NFPs such as NFPs for WIGOS and NFPs for OSCAR/Surface.
