Kelsey McDonough

The Water Institute

Kelsey McDonough is a pragmatic, solutions-driven leader and subject matter expert in operational flood intelligence, early warning, nature-based solutions, and disaster/natural hazard resiliency. She currently serves as the FloodID Product Lead at The Water Institute (floodid.org), and has led the development, deployment, and operation of flood intelligence and early warning systems around the world. Kelsey additionally serves as a Research Theme Lead at the U.S. National Water Center and is an alumna of the U.S. Fulbright Program to Australia.
