Youth Engagement

Youth engagement is a priority at WMO. In October 2025, WMO Members endorsed the Organization’s first-ever Youth Action Plan, providing a shared framework to embed youth perspectives across the WMO community.

The WMO Youth Network is the result of that commitment. It connects young people across countries, regions, areas of expertise and the Secretariat. Through technical exchange, innovation, communications and cross-regional collaboration, the Network provides opportunities for young people to contribute to WMO's work and bring their perspectives to weather, water and climate issues.
