WMO Regional Training Workshop on Climate Science Information for National Adaptation Plans NAPs and Nationally Determined Contributions NDCs

In response to the Members’ request for guidance and support on National Adaptation Plans (NAPs) and Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) 3.0 development and implementation in the recent years, Climate Research Information (CRI) Section is organizing a capacity building and hands-on training on the use of climate science information for nominated experts from the NHMSs in RA I. This activity is co-organized with the Universitat Rovira i Virgili Foundation (FURV). The overall objective of the mission is to equip participants with end-to-end expertise in climate data management, index calculation, and co-creation of climate services. Provision of technical guidance on the co-production among sectors based on the NAPs and NDC 3.0 of each country.
