Voices of Members

To mark the 75th anniversary of the World Meteorological Organization (WMO), Permanent Representatives from around the world shared short reflections on the Organization’s most impactful achievements and their priorities for the future.

Filmed during the WMO Executive Council (EC-79) session, these 30-second sound bites capture how “Science for Action” has transformed lives and societies over the past 75 years from more accurate forecasts and early warning systems to advances in data sharing, hydrology, and climate services.

The videos answer two simple but powerful questions:

• What is the most important on-the-ground WMO deliverable from the past 75 years?
• What is the top priority for the future?
