Division of Development Partnerships and Programme Delivery

Daniel Kull is the Director of the division responsible for resource mobilization, partner relations, public-private engagement and project development and delivery. It ensures that financing, planning and implementation of extrabudgetary activities in WMO are aligned with WMO strategic goals and Member priorities.  

The Division has four units:

• Multilateral Finance and Development Partnerships (MFDP) (Moyenda Chaponda)
• Private Sector and Philanthropic Engagement Unit (PSPE) (vacant)
• Project, Development and Management Unit (PDMU) (Lina Sjaavik)
• Technical Coordination Unit (TCU) (Jean-Baptiste Migraine)
