Jennifer Stanzl

Jennifer currently serves as Chief of the Staffing Diversity and Outreach Section in the global Office of Human Resources at the United Nations. In this role, she leads the efforts to strengthen workforce diversity and expand strategic talent outreach. Jennifer leads a diverse and dedicated team to drive systemic change—broadening talent pipelines, strengthening fair and effective talent processes and policies, and fostering a culture of trust and dignity. Aligned with the UN Charter and its core values, she is committed to shaping a workforce that reflects the diversity of the global community the UN serves.

Her career spans senior roles across the UN and private sector in India, Australia, the UK, Germany, and the U.S. Prior to joining the UN in 2022, she led initiatives at Tata Consultancy Services in India and UK by building robust talent pipelines for women in technology, empowering employee networks, facilitating inclusive leadership programmes and embedding inclusive practices at scale within one of the world’s largest IT services firms.
