  1. Updates from the global level/other regions (HQ) (ca. 10 min): EW4All Global Inter-Pillar Group, Roadmap review, etc.
  2. Updates on (sub)regional initiatives/processes (RAP) (ca. 15 min): CREWS Pacific/WRP developments (IFP Meeting in April, WRP SC in June, PMC in September in Tonga, etc.), ASEAN EW4All update, EW4All TTs in RAs II and V, ESCAP TF proposal, etc.
  3. Outcomes and documentation of past events / Upcoming events and required inputs (RAP/HQ) (ca. 20 min): Regional webinars (IBC-R & ESCAP, IWMI), Regional Ecological Summit (RES, Kazakhstan), SERCOM-4 & Understanding Risk 2026 (UAE), UN Water Conference, etc.
  4. Updates by country (RAP/HQ, incl. Project Managers) (ca. 30 min): Recent developments in the original 11 focus countries in RA II/V and in “new” countries such as Kyrgyzstan, Iran, Iraq, Mongolia, Pakistan, Thailand, Timor-Leste, PNG, Sri Lanka, Vanuatu, Viet Nam, etc.
  5. Misc (RAP/HQ) (ca. 15 min) Re-connecting with the ADB EWS Facility; EW4All website & comms, etc.
