RA I HWCP Expert Team on Capacity Building

The RA I HWCP Expert Team on Capacity Building is under the RA I Hydrology and Water Coordination Panel (HWCP). The team will map hydrological training and competency needs and harmonize these needs into a capacity building plan that is aligned with the WMO education and training plans for hydrology.
