The Expert Team leads the RA II Implementation Project on accommodating S/GDPFS and supports WG Infrastructure on data-processing and forecasting systems. It promotes standardized analysis and forecast products, leads coordination of WIGOS and WIS 2.0 activities to advance the S/GDPFS vision regionally, and monitors implementation progress to recommend improvements and priorities, with a focus on LDCs. The team also collaborates with the SC-ESMP of INFCOM to enhance regional modelling and prediction capabilities.
