The Expert Team leads RA II implementation projects on MHEWS and IBFWS, and coordinates the demonstration project on WMO Cataloguing of Hazardous Events. It supports identifying regional DRR and Public Weather Service (PWS) needs, assists Members in service delivery improvement and CAP implementation, and promotes collaboration through GMAS and the WMO Coordination Mechanism (WCM). The group contributes to the science-infrastructure-service value chain by integration of innovation and progress made by science, and collaborates with SERCOM committees and study groups.
