The RA III Focal Point on Satellite Data Requirements (RA III-FP-SDR) works under the Expert Team on WMO Integrated Observing System (RA III-ET-WIGOS) to coordinate regional satellite data needs with WMO space programs. It collaborates closely with the RA III/RA IV SDR Group to align activities with regional priorities. The RA III-FP-SDR provides critical technical input for RA III-ET-WIGOS strategies, organizes targeted training workshops, and champions regional initiatives across international forums and the Regional Committee on Infrastructure.
