Reporting to the Committee on Services (RA III-C-SER), the RA III Expert Team on Marine Meteorology and Oceanography (RA III-ET-MMO) improves marine, oceanographic, and coastal services by reviewing user needs and harmonizing activities. It builds Member capacity for ocean observations, data exchange, and instrumentation evaluation. The Team fosters cooperation with oceanographic institutes and drives the implementation of regional projects to maximize resources and close technical gaps.
