The RA III Expert Team on Regional Weather, Climate and Hydrological Modelling (RA III-ET-WIPPS) works under the Committee on Infrastructure (RA III-C-INF) to advance numerical forecasting and the WMO Integrated Processing and Prediction System (WIPPS). It guides the operational implementation of regional atmospheric and hydrological models, emphasizing severe event prediction. The Team enhances Member capabilities with impact-based probabilistic products and facilitates the exchange of numerical modeling data.
