The RA III Expert Team on Education, Capacity Development and Projects (RA III-ET-ECD&P) operates under the Management Group to address the region's training needs. It maintains a roster of expert trainers and coordinates with Regional Training Centres, WMO officers, and CONECT to implement capacity-building activities. The Team also advises on the WMO Capacity Development Framework and fosters partnerships between academia and NMHSs to translate research into operational solutions.
