The Expert Team on Atmospheric Composition Capacity Building and Education (ET-ACCBE) supports the implementation of the Global Atmosphere Watch (GAW) Programme through capacity development. They include defining the strategy for the GAW Programme, developing training pathways across GAW topics aligned with the WMO Competency Framework and strategic goals, promoting awareness of GAW education and training needs, building partnerships to support training delivery, and collaborating with the WMO regional offices to identify resources and training needs.
